2.2, If the User starts using any element of the Service, he simultaneously accepts the terms of these Regulations. Their legal representative assumes full responsibility for the activities of the minor User.

2.3, The Service Provider is entitled to unilaterally amend the Regulations at any time by informing the User of the amendment in the form of a short notice on this page. After the modification, the User uses the Service.

The results list forms a communication network between the User and the various Internet sources containing the job advertisement, making it easier for the User to search for jobs, organize the jobs, and for the various Internet sources containing the job advertisement to reach the widest possible range of users. The Website does all of this by quoting the original content to an appropriate extent in such a way that it does not encourage the User to bypass the various Internet sources containing the job advertisement, but to use them instead.

By accepting the General Terms and Conditions, the Job Advertiser User expressly accepts and acknowledges that the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions are binding on him and expressly consents to the processing of his personal data in accordance with the Data Management Information.

3.3.2, The Job Advertiser User can submit an advertisement via the email address officeplace of ATmanymore.jobs. The Job Advertiser User accepts and considers the payment obligation for the advertisement sent by e-mail to be binding. For Job Advertiser Users, the ad fee is different for each selected package. 3.3.3, The obligation to advertise (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") between the Job Advertiser User and the Service Provider in 3.2. based on the order according to point, it is created by its acceptance by the Service Provider. The Service Provider sends an e-mail confirmation of the ordered ad to the Job Advertiser User with details of the ordered ad.

3.3.4, The Job Advertiser User guarantees that the content (data, information, images) placed in the job advertisement published by him does not directly or indirectly conflict with legislation or official regulations, does not contain illegal, untrue, inaccurate or misleading information or data, does not violate the rights or legitimate interests of third parties, and the job advertisement only contains real conditions that the Job Advertiser User can actually provide. The ad must not be deceptive or misleading in terms of the advertised position and the conditions for filling the position. The Service Provider excludes responsibility for any damages or other claims arising from the fact that the Job Advertiser User has not fulfilled his obligations under this section.

3.3.5, The Service Provider is entitled, at its own discretion, to delete the advertisement of the Job Advertiser User, if its content violates the provisions of these GTC, or otherwise, according to the Service Provider's point of view, it is aimed at publishing several job offers; contains links to websites operated by third parties, contains advertising; infringes copyright and neighboring rights, as well as personal or other personal rights; defamatory or defamatory content; contains business or private secrets, other proprietary information or political content; or stir up any opposition. The Job Advertiser User acknowledges that if the Service Provider deletes the advertisement posted by the Job Advertiser User due to its prohibited content, the Job Advertiser User is not entitled to reclaim/refund the advertisement fee.

3.3.6, The Job Advertiser User has the right to cancel the advertisement posted by him at any time at his own discretion, however, in this case, he may not demand from the Service Provider the proportionate amount of the advertising fee remaining for the duration of the advertisement. The Job Advertiser User can request the deletion of the ad they posted at the email address officeplace of ATmanymore.jobs.

3.3.7, The Job Advertiser User is obliged to stop or cancel the job advertisement in the event that the job listed in the advertisements published by him is temporarily filled or if the job offer ceases to be current for any other reason. The Service Provider fully excludes any liability arising from the fact that the Job Advertiser User has not fulfilled his obligations under this section.

4., Rights and obligations of the Service Provider

4.1, The Service Provider is not liable for damages that occur due to force majeure or other causes or events beyond the Service Provider's control, or for damages that the User or the job advertisement It occurs as a result of non-compliance or late fulfillment of the conditions contained in the General Terms and Conditions by the User or the various Internet sources containing the job advertisement. The Service Provider is not responsible for the quality of the Service even if the User or the various Internet sources containing the job advertisement do not use the Service as intended.

4.2, The Service Provider shall not be liable for any damages suffered by the User or the various Internet resources containing the job advertisement because the Service Provider's service authorization is revoked or modified in such a way that, as a result, as of the date it cannot fulfill its obligations contained in the General Terms and Conditions. In this case, the provision of the given Service will cease on the date specified in the relevant decision.

4.3, Placing the data of the various Internet sources containing the job advertisement on the website of the Service Provider, on the Website, in its database does not guarantee the various Internet sources containing the job advertisement any copyright in relation to the database.

5., Possible violations of law and their consequences during the use of the service

5.1, It is prohibited to use any system or solution that aims at, enables or may result in the shutdown of the servers used to operate the Service, or that otherwise endangers the proper operation of the Service.

6.3, Since the Service Provider provides the Service in a given state ("AS IS"), the Service - including the software used during the operation of the Service, as well as all the content available within the Service - for its accuracy and reliability , the Service Provider assumes no responsibility for its error-free operation, completeness, or suitability for a given purpose. The Service Provider is also not responsible for errors and their consequences caused by reasons beyond its control, such as, for example, technical malfunctions or outages in the Internet network, technical stoppages, pauses of any origin, behavior that violates the security of information systems, destructive applications or programs installed by others ( for example: viruses, worms, macros or hacker activities).

6.4, The User also expressly acknowledges and accepts that the Service Provider does not assume responsibility for the success of the job application and the behavior of the Users, including communication between Users. Furthermore, the Service Provider does not assume responsibility for damages and other claims arising from the employment relationship or other legal relationship aimed at employment as a result of the Service.

7., Other provisions

7.1, The Service Provider and the User and the various Internet sources containing the job advertisement strive to settle legal disputes arising from the legal relationship between them, taking each other's interests into account at all times, without resorting to litigation. The natural person owner of the internet resource containing the job advertisement has the right to apply to the conciliation board of his place of residence or residence. In the absence of this, the jurisdiction of the conciliation body is established by the headquarters of the company affected by the legal dispute or the body authorized to represent it (customer service of the Conciliation Body operated by the Pest County Chamber of Commerce and Industry - 1055 Budapest, Balassi Bálint u. 25. IV/2.). If the peaceful settlement of the dispute between the parties does not lead to a result, the Service Provider and the Advertiser submit to the settlement of all legal disputes arising between them - in matters falling under the jurisdiction of the district court - Budapest II. and III. exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court.
